On Friday 30 January Isagri, a privately owned French software company, acquired Landmark Systems Limited.
Landmark as a rural business software specialist with significant market share in the UK is a natural conduit for Isagri to expand its operations.  Founded in 1983, by Jean-Marie Savalle, Isagri specialises in farming and rural business management software, and operates in 12 countries with 115,000 users and has 1,400 employees worldwide.

From Left to Right Jean-Marie Savalle, founder and CEO of Isagri, shakes hands with Nigel Parsons, founder of Landmark Systems.

Nigel Parsons, MD and founder of Landmark, welcomed the announcement saying:  “The synergy between Isagri and Landmark is enormous and the aim of both companies is to work together to continue to provide the first class products and services that our customers are used to.  This  transition opens a new chapter, and is an exciting opportunity for both companies through the additional research and development resource and extended product range.

We look forward to the future for Landmark customers who will experience ‘business as usual’  with support, administration and development continuing from the Pulborough office.”
