Hardware Specification for Landmark Software

Computer Systems

Landmark is happy to supply complete computer systems to customers as well as advise on the most suitable equipment for their requirements.

When you buy hardware from Landmark it will have been thoroughly checked before being despatched and antivirus software will have been installed. For KEYPrime Accounts users the software will have been installed and ready to use. All machines have a manufacturers twelve month warranty against physical failure and the purchase price includes telephone support from Landmark's technical department for the first year. Extended warranties are available.



Landmark offers a delivery, setup and data transfer service on site to ensure your new equipment is working to your requirements.At present we supply HP Compaq computers, laptops and printers. We also carry a range of back up media and other peripherals.
Whilst we cannot compete with the discount warehouse or mail order suppliers on price the level of service Landmark provides for its hardware is first class. 


For the larger office using multiple computers Landmark's technical team offer a full networking service.We are happy to advise on the most appropriate networking solution for your situation, supply, install and maintain your network.

Network support

Three levels of network support are offered:

  • Pay as you go - Incident only support charged at an hourly rate.
  • Telephone only - Telephone support charged annually.
  • Full maintenance - Telephone support plus half-yearly visits charged annually.

Hardware Maintenance

After the initial twelve month guarantee period has expired Landmark recommend a third party warranty insurance which guarantees an on-site visit within eight hours nationwide, with either an on-site repair or removal of the machine for repair off-site leaving you with a replacement.

When you buy hardware from Landmark you will be automatically offered this service at the end of the manufacturer's warranty period.
Landmark's technical team offer an in house inspection and advisory service for machines not covered by insurance.

Cloud Computing

For the expanding or more complex business, Landmark in association with RisciT Solutions offer a cloud based, virtual server solution.

Landmark Software Operating System Requirements

  • Microsoft Windows 7, 8.1 and 10 (32 and 64-bit)

Microsoft Office 2010 or above and Outlook is required for email integration

Standalone Machine Requirements

Whilst KEYPrime may operate on machines with a lower specification the following set up is recommended:-

  • Intel Core i5 Processor
  • 4GB RAM
  • 10 GB Hard Disk Space
  • Screen Resolution 1440 X 900
  • DVD ROM, Internet access
